Chitin contained in this product has a low molecular weight of about 3,000

in its natural form, so it is a new natural material that plants and

microorganisms can quickly use.

Chitin contained in crab shells in the natural world is a linear nitrogen-

containing polysaccharide polymer, which is a type of mucopolysaccharide

with a long chain and a large molecular weight.

"Low Molecular Weight chitin" is a short chain of chitin that maintains

the chitin structure by using a food-derived raw material

in the same environment as the food and using a special decomposition

and purification technology.

In addition to crustaceans such as shrimp and crab,

Chitin is also contained in the shells of insects, squid, shellfish,

and cell walls such as mushrooms and molds.
